We’re in a place where you can finally get weed on demand, even delivered right to your doorstep in many states. This means that instead of just herb shopping for personal reasons, people can and should be giving it as gifts, too. What weed-loving (or weed curious) person wouldn’t want to open a pretty box to find some tastefully packaged cannabis products or accessories nestled within?
It’s important to normalize weed by any means, and gifting it is one avenue of not only evangelizing the recreational aspects of the plant, but bringing joy into the mix, something cannabis does for so many of it’s fans already anyway.
According to a national survey by Ayr and insights platform Suzy, 77% of cannabis consumers intend to consume cannabis with family or friends during the holidays. Ouid’s answer to Black Friday, Green Wednesday, was projected to have a major boost with 49% of shoppers buying a gift in addition to personal purchases.
