Even if your kids eat meat fairly regularly, you may be on a mission to get more plant-based snacks and meals into the regular rotation. At the very least, they may bring home a non-meat-eating friend for a playdate one of these days, and it’s nice to be prepared to hand over something filling and delicious for them to snack on.
