Sometimes a deal can feel too good to pass up, and that can especially be the case with a gift card deal—particularly since federal law gives you five years from the date a gift card is activated to use it before it expires. If you’ve got a purchase planned in the semi-near future for places like Apple, Nintendo, GAP or Uber, it might be worth snagging one of these deals now to get some bonus bucks to spend there or at Best Buy.

While $200 may seem like a lot of money to spend for a gift card at first glance, that amount is usually the minimum you would spend on most Airbnb stays. The benefit here is that you’re getting a free $30 gift card to spend at Best Buy (as long as you know you’ll be using Airbnb at some point).
Many of us take Uber to ride-share, whether to get to the airport for a trip, or to get back home safely after a night out. So if you know you’d already be spending $50 on Uber, you might as well get $10 for Best Buy, too. (You can also use the Uber gift card for Uber Eats to get food delivered to your home.)
If you were already thinking of spending some money on Adidas apparel, Best Buy is giving you and extra $20 toward it. Adidas is also having an up-to 50% off sale right now, which you can combine with this gift card deal.
Apple products are expensive (although their 9th generation iPad is pretty cheap right now) so spending a $100 on their products—and getting a $15 Best Buy gift card in the process—should be pretty easy. Their gift cards are good for any goods and services from the Apple Store, the Apple Store app, apple.com, the App Store, iTunes, Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Books, and other Apple properties. So if you were wondering if you can buy Apple products at Best Buy with the Apple gift card, the answer is, unfortunately, no.
You can also use this GAP gift card also at Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta locations (including Outlet and Factory stores) since they’re all owned by the same company. This is a digital gift card, and it’s from NewEgg, which is a reputable tech-focused e-retailer.
If you’re a Costco member, you’re in luck: You can buy a maximum of two $40 gift cards worth $50. The deal is valid until March 3, so if you haven’t pre-ordered the new Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom yet, this is a great time to do so.
