Top leaders from across the world including IMF chief Kristalina Georgieva have endorsed former Mastercard Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ajay Banga, nominated by US President Joe Biden to lead the World Bank after David Malpass announced he would step down early.
Sharing a photo with Mr Banga, Georgieva said she admires his commitment to sustainable development and help those in need.
