In the world of food deals, it’s a bit of a secret that Valentine’s Day is actually among the best days for food deals. That is, at least in part, because you don’t need a significant other to score some good food (for two) at a good price—and then keep it all for you. You can practice some self-love this Feb. 14 by treating yourself to one of these deals. (Or, whatever, share it, I guess.)
The sit-down pizza restaurant is offering this “Sweet Deal For Two” if you order in or do take out. You can choose either the Classic or Adventure package, each of which gets you an appetizer (up to $14.49 value), two heart-shaped pizzas ($19.99 each), and dessert (regularly $8.99), all for $40. The deal is available Feb. 9 to 14 and is about a 37% discount. If you decide to dine-in, you’ll get a bonus gift card for a free pizza on your next visit.
California Tortilla is giving you free “Love Chips” with sweet cream (tortilla chips covered in cinnamon-sugar) with the purchase of any order. The deal is available on Feb. 14, and you’ll get a coupon for a free taco to use during your next visit.
G/O Media may get a commission
If you dine in at Cracker Barrel, you can get a free Biscuit Beignets or Double-Fudge Chocolate Coca-Cola Cake dessert ($5.49 value) if you purchase two entrées from a select Valentine’s Day menu. The deal runs from Feb. 10 to 14. You need to verify that your local Cracker Barrel is a participating location first, though, so call ahead.
Arguably the most interesting deal in the mix has to be Hooter’s “Shred Your Ex” deal. If you bring in a picture of your ex (or upload a photo of them to the website), you’ll get 10 free wings on Valentine’s Day. Because we don’t know where the pictures will end up, we recommend not uploading pictures of your ex for private security reasons (and to be a responsible ex).
Outback is offering a four-course meal for two for $60 from Feb. 9 to 14. That $60 gets you a Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie ($14.99 value), two side salads ($5.99 each), two entrées, and a cheesecake ($9.49 value) to share. If you get the most expensive items, it represents a maximum value of $90.44 for $60. This is only for dine-in and at participating locations.
You can get BOGO free cinnamon buns on Valentine’s Day—but you must be a Rewards member to take advantage (the coupon will be automatically sent to your rewards account). You can only get one BOGO per member, and it can’t be used with any existing deals.
White Castle is bringing back their “Love Cube” for two during Valentine’s Day. For $15, you’ll get eight sliders, two sharable sides, and two small drinks for carryout or dine-in. If you bought each of those items individually, it would cost you $29.68.
Those who enjoy four-course meals can get an appetizer, two salads or soups, two entrées, and one dessert, starting at $65—and there are over a dozen meals to choose from. If you’re lucky, your local restaurant might start you with a glass of Prosecco. (Make sure to call ahead to ask.)
If four-course meals are too much, you can get a three-course dinner for two starting at $28 at TGI Fridays. You can choose three different entrée options: Fridays Feast ($28), Fridays Feastier ($38) or Fridays Feastiest ($48). The pricier the course, the more variety you’ll have to choose from. This deal will run all the way until April 3.
