If hot summer days always have you running extra fans, you should try this EvaChill EV-500 personal air conditioner. During “Deal Days”—our version of Prime Day—you can get one in white or gray for $69.97 (reg. $99) now through July 14.
Winner of the Red Dot Design Award, the EvaChill runs on water to drop the air temperature in your space in as little as ten minutes. It’s capable of cooling an area of about 45 square feet, which is probably about the size of your desk, couch, or bed area.
It works by absorbing water, spreading it evenly through cooling pads, and blowing air through them to create cool air. You just fill up the water tank and connect it to power with the included USB cord. You could use a wall outlet, laptop, or power bank to run the air conditioner. An integrated handle and leak-proof design make moving it around pretty easy.
evaCHILL. Be Cool. Anywhere. Anytime.
The EvaChill EV-500 can run on four different speeds, while still being quiet. Depending on the speed you choose, the tank holds enough water to run anywhere from three to eight hours. That might mean running it on a lower setting to last you through the night, if you’re using it by your bed.
Until July 14 at 11:59 p.m. PT, you can get the EvaChill EV-500 on sale, though prices may change at any time:
